  Applied a unique global client ID to facilitate development of a single view of the (commercial) customer in support of business functions (e.g., marketing, compliance, risk management, and finance).  Developed recommendations for further evolution of the single view of the customer to include golden source of data, real-time single view, and single point of entry (client on-boarding).

  Facilitated development of a single view of the customer for both member and employer and employer customer segments.  Provided subject matter expertise to inform business requirements and participated in data strategy/architecture design.

  New desktop technology strategy, design, and development to support an integrated lending sales cycle to attain faster, more accurate, and less expensive processing through the business to business channel.
  
  
• Board Advisory:
  Board advisory (6 yrs) to a technology and consulting startup that was a provider of productivity products and services to the nonprofit sector.
