Haley Consulting Group was founded on the principal of "Practical Strategy" - that business strategy must be created in the context of the implementation journey.  In that spirit HCG carefully staffs its projects with strategic thinkers who have also worked on the implementation side of consulting.  We believe the term 'pure strategists', whether applied to a firm or an individual, is a misnomer in that one cannot truly be a strategist without also being trained in the crafts of implementation.
